The Role
As Head Chef, you’ll be the driving force behind our culinary identity. You will lead menu creation, build and train your kitchen team, set up kitchen operations from the ground up, and ensure the highest levels of food quality and consistency.
Key Responsibilities

Design and develop an innovative, seasonal menu for launch and ongoing evolution

Recruit, train, and inspire a talented kitchen team

Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring exceptional standards at all times

Maintain high levels of food safety, hygiene, and compliance

Manage kitchen budgeting, stock control, and supplier relationships

Collaborate closely with the General Manager to deliver an outstanding guest experience
About You

Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a premium, high-volume restaurant

A creative and passionate approach to food

Strong leadership skills with the ability to build a motivated, positive kitchen culture
