His deep understanding of kitchen operations, culinary standards, and team dynamics allows him to identify candidates who can truly deliver under pressure and bring creativity to the table.

Julie, our Co-Founder and one of our Senior Consultants, has over a decade of experience in hospitality recruitment and front-of-house management in California (USA), Nevada (USA), New York (USA), and Mexico.
